On the second page legal advice is given over the Internet by Spanish lawyers specialising in public procurement matter. Legal advice on the Spanish section is provided by______________, _______. Advice is given at a reduced fee but by obvious reasons it's up to the lawyer in question to decide the extent of the advice.
