The Public procurement market is gigantic. Year 2002 it is estimated to amount to €1 500 000 000 within the European Union. In Sweden the amount is somewhere in between 400 and 500 billion Swedish crones.  The market is open for any supplier irrespective of his origin country.

Reader will on the first section find all kinds of information about Swedish public procurement, some general advice, links to other procurement related pages and Swedish procurement legislation and court cases. On the second page legal advice is given over the Internet by Swedish lawyers specialising in public procurement matter. Legal advice on the Swedish section is provided by Stefan Hallbäck, Attorney at law, Malmoe. Advice is given at a reduced free but by obvious reasons it's up to the lawyer in question to decide extent of the advice.
